I’m very happy with how everything has gone. The presales support was great. The Kickyride team responded to my email and phone calls even a couple of times after 5pm. When I ran into a problem they walked me through troubleshooting staying on the phone as I fumbled through things. Everything is up and running with both the OL-RS-BM1 and RF-51-EDP. The install took 2 hours at most. Very simple install didn’t have to cut a wire. I would highly recommend Kickyride.

Dear Fellow Enthusiasts, I’ll try to keep my long story as short as possible but let me first begin by saying the folks here at KICKYRIDE.com are top notch and were extremely helpful (with both phone calls and emails) when I ran into a few problems. This product works excellent on my 2011 328xi sedan and can be easily installed by the average DYI’er. Although some mechanical skills will be necessary to gain access under the dash and test automotive circuits for power (which is what I had to do when the unit did not power up). Luckily it was a simple fuse issue (5 amp #55 was missing in my car – for anyone else experiencing no power issue). Likewise, you’ll need some computer skills because this product requires downloading and uploading data to and from Omega. This is the part some vendors don’t explain to you well but the folks here at KICKYRIDE not only provide you with the required USB hardware but also the instructions. Sadly I did not purchase this product here originally (due to internet Google search) and found out the hard way that this product requires firmware download and key Klone upload to function. Luckily, I found Mike and KICKYRIDE and repurchased the product with the free USB adapter and extraordinary support. THANK YOU MIKE!

PS. Although this product functions great with several optional accessories. It is limited to the OEM programming. Temperature setting and fan speed will resume as left but heated seat/wheel and rear defrost will not. AC functionally not yet tested, it’s currently Zero outside.
