Bypass Kits / Interface Modules

Many modern vehicles require the use of a databus interface module when installing an aftermarket alarm or remote start system. Vehicles are being built with actual data networks on board. So, this makes tradition analog wiring nearly impossible in some vehicles. Additionally, most vehicles made since the late 90's also have immobilizer systems that must be temporarily bypassed for use of a remote start system. Despite the advanced, and often intimidating, technology, many of todays interface modules greatly simplify the installation.
